英文: | How long will it be ere ye make an end of words? mark, and afterwards we will speak. |

中文: | 我们为何算为畜生,在你眼中看作污秽呢。 |
英文: | Wherefore are we counted as beasts, and reputed vile in your sight? |

中文: | 你这恼怒将自己撕裂的,难道大地为你见弃,磐石挪开原处吗。 |
英文: | He teareth himself in his anger: shall the earth be forsaken for thee? and shall the rock be removed out of his place? |
第5段 | |
中文: | 恶人的亮光必要熄灭。他的火焰必不照耀。 |
英文: | Yea, the light of the wicked shall be put out, and the spark of his fire shall not shine. |
第6段 | |
中文: | 他帐棚中的亮光要变为黑暗。他以上的灯也必熄灭。 |
英文: | The light shall be dark in his tabernacle, and his candle shall be put out with him. |

中文: | 他坚强的脚步必见狭窄。自己的计谋必将他绊倒。 |
英文: | The steps of his strength shall be straitened, and his own counsel shall cast him down. |
第8段 | |
中文: | 因为他被自己的脚陷入网中,走在缠人的网罗上。 |
英文: | For he is cast into a net by his own feet, and he walketh upon a snare. |
第9段 | |
中文: | 圈套必抓住他的脚跟。机关必擒获他。 |
英文: | The gin shall take him by the heel, and the robber shall prevail against him. |
第10段 | |
中文: | 活扣为他藏在土内。羁绊为他藏在路上。 |
英文: | The snare is laid for him in the ground, and a trap for him in the way. |
第11段 | |
中文: | 四面的惊吓要使他害怕,并且追赶他的脚跟。 |
英文: | Terrors shall make him afraid on every side, and shall drive him to his feet. |
第12段 | |
中文: | 他的力量必因饥饿衰败,祸患要在他旁边等候。 |
英文: | His strength shall be hungerbitten, and destruction shall be ready at his side. |
第13段 | |
中文: | 他本身的肢体要被吞吃,死亡的长子要吞吃他的肢体。 |
英文: | It shall devour the strength of his skin: even the firstborn of death shall devour his strength. |
第14段 | |
中文: | 他要从所倚靠的帐棚被拔出来,带到惊吓的王那里。 |
英文: | His confidence shall be rooted out of his tabernacle, and it shall bring him to the king of terrors. |
第15段 | |
中文: | 不属他的必住在他的帐棚里。硫磺必撒在他所住之处。 |
英文: | It shall dwell in his tabernacle, because it is none of his: brimstone shall be scattered upon his habitation. |
第16段 | |
中文: | 下边,他的根本要枯乾。上边,他的枝子要剪除。 |
英文: | His roots shall be dried up beneath, and above shall his branch be cut off. |
第17段 | |
中文: | 他的记念在地上必然灭亡。他的名字在街上也不存留。 |
英文: | His remembrance shall perish from the earth, and he shall have no name in the street. |
第18段 | |
中文: | 他必从光明中被撵到黑暗里,必被赶出世界。 |
英文: | He shall be driven from light into darkness, and chased out of the world. |
第19段 | |
中文: | 在本民中必无子无孙。在寄居之地也无一人存留。 |
英文: | He shall neither have son nor nephew among his people, nor any remaining in his dwellings. |
第20段 | |
中文: | 以后来的要惊奇他的日子,好像以前去的受了惊骇。 |
英文: | They that come after him shall be astonied at his day, as they that went before were affrighted. |
第21段 | |
中文: | 不义之人的住处总是这样。此乃不认识神之人的地步。 |
英文: | Surely such are the dwellings of the wicked, and this is the place of him that knoweth not God. |
