英文: | That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased! |

英文: | The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the sceptre of the rulers. |

中文: | 就是在忿怒中连连攻击众民的,在怒气中辖制列国,行逼迫无人阻止的。 |
英文: | He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth. |

中文: | 现在全地得安息,享平静。人皆发声欢呼。 |
英文: | The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing. |

中文: | 松树和黎巴嫩的香柏树,都因你欢乐,说,自从你仆倒,再无人上来砍伐我们。 |
英文: | Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon, saying, Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us. |

中文: | 你下到阴间,阴间就因你震动,来迎接你。又因你惊动在世曾为首领的阴魂,并使那曾为列国君王的,都离位站起。 |
英文: | Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. |

英文: | How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! |

中文: | 你心里曾说,我要升到天上。我要高举我的宝座在神众星以上。我要坐在聚会的山上,在北方的极处, |
英文: | For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: |

英文: | That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners? |

中文: | 列国的君王俱各在自己阴宅的荣耀中安睡。 |
英文: | All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house. |

中文: | 惟独你被抛弃,不得入你的坟墓,好像可憎的枝子。以被杀的人为衣,就是被刀刺透,坠落坑中石头那里的。你又像被践踏的尸首一样。 |
英文: | But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet. |

英文: | Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned. |

英文: | Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities. |

中文: | 万军之耶和华说,我必兴起攻击他们,将巴比伦的名号,和所馀剩的人,连子带孙一并剪除。这是耶和华说的。 |
英文: | For I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the LORD. |

中文: | 我必使巴比伦为箭猪所得,又变为水池。我要用灭亡的扫帚扫净他。这是万军之耶和华说的。 |
英文: | I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts. |

英文: | For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back? |

中文: | 非利士全地阿,不要因击打你的仗折断就喜乐。因为从蛇的根,必生出毒蛇。他所生的,是火焰的飞龙。 |
英文: | Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent. |

中文: | 贫寒人的长子,必有所食,穷乏人必安然躺卧。我必以饥荒,治死你的根,你所馀剩的人,必被杀戮。 |
英文: | And the firstborn of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety: and I will kill thy root with famine, and he shall slay thy remnant. |

英文: | Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou, whole Palestina, art dissolved: for there shall come from the north a smoke, and none shall be alone in his appointed times. |

英文: | What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That the LORD hath founded Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it. |
