英文: | For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring: |

英文: | And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them. |

中文: | 你们不要恐惧,也不要害怕。我岂不是从上古就指示说明你们吗,并且你们是我的见证,除我以外,岂有真神吗,诚然没有磐石,我不知道一个。 |
英文: | Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any. |

中文: | 制造雕刻偶像的,尽都虚空。他们所喜悦的,都无益处。他们的见证,无所看见,无所知晓,他们便觉羞愧。 |
英文: | They that make a graven image are all of them vanity; and their delectable things shall not profit; and they are their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed. |

中文: | 看哪,他们的同伴都必羞愧,工匠也不过是人。任他们聚会,任他们站立,都必惧怕,一同羞愧。 |
英文: | Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed: and the workmen, they are of men: let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; yet they shall fear, and they shall be ashamed together. |

英文: | The smith with the tongs both worketh in the coals, and fashioneth it with hammers, and worketh it with the strength of his arms: yea, he is hungry, and his strength faileth: he drinketh no water, and is faint. |

英文: | And none considereth in his heart, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the fire; yea, also I have baked bread upon the coals thereof; I have roasted flesh, and eaten it: and shall I make the residue thereof an abomination? shall I fall down to the stock of a tree? |
