英文: | I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me. |

英文: | I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God. |

中文: | 无故恨我的,比我头发还多。无理与我为仇,要把我剪除的甚为强盛。我没有抢夺的,要叫我偿还。 |
英文: | They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away. |

中文: | 万军的主耶和华阿,求你叫那等候你的,不要因我蒙羞。以色列的神阿,求你叫那寻求你的,不要因我受辱。 |
英文: | Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel. |

英文: | Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face. |

英文: | For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me. |

中文: | 我哭泣,以禁食刻苦我心,这倒算为我的羞辱。 |
英文: | When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach. |

中文: | 但我在悦纳的时候,向你耶和华祈祷。神阿,求你按你丰盛的慈爱,凭你拯救的诚实,应允我。 |
英文: | But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation. |

英文: | Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters. |

中文: | 求你不容大水漫过我,不容深渊吞灭我,不容坑坎在我以上合口。 |
英文: | Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me. |

英文: | Hear me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies. |

英文: | Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee. |

中文: | 辱骂伤破了我的心。我又满了忧愁。我指望有人体恤,却没有一个。我指望有人安慰,却找不着一个。 |
英文: | Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none. |

英文: | Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap. |

英文: | Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake. |

英文: | Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them. |

中文: | 愿他们的住处,变为荒场。愿他们的帐棚,无人居住。 |
英文: | Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents. |

中文: | 因为你所击打的,他们就逼迫。你所击伤的他们戏说他的愁苦。 |
英文: | For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded. |

中文: | 愿你在他们的罪上加罪,不容他们在你面前称义。 |
英文: | Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness. |

中文: | 愿他们从生命册上被涂抹,不得记录在义人之中。 |
英文: | Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous. |

中文: | 但我是困苦忧伤的。神阿,你的救恩,将我安置在高处。 |
英文: | But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high. |

中文: | 我要以诗歌赞美神的名,以感谢称他为大。 |
英文: | I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving. |

中文: | 这便叫耶和华喜悦,胜似献牛,或是献有角有蹄的公牛。 |
英文: | This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs. |

中文: | 谦卑的人看见了,就喜乐。寻求神的人,愿你们的心苏醒。 |
英文: | The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God. |

中文: | 因为耶和华听了穷乏人,不藐视被囚的人。 |
英文: | For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners. |

中文: | 愿天和地,洋海,和其中一切的动物,都赞美他。 |
英文: | Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein. |

中文: | 因为神要拯救锡安,建造犹大的城邑。他的民要在那里居住,得以为业。 |
英文: | For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession. |

中文: | 他仆人的后裔,要承受为业。爱他名的人,也要住在其中。 |
