英文: Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth:

中文: 不可跪拜那些像,也不可事奉它,因为我耶和华你的神是忌邪的神。恨我的,我必追讨他的罪,自父及子,直到三,四代。
英文: Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me,

英文: Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee.

英文: Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work:

中文: 但第七日是向耶和华你神当守的安息日。这一日,你和你的儿女,仆婢,牛,驴,牲畜,并在你城里寄居的客旅,无论何工都不可作,使你的仆婢可以和你一样安息。
英文: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou.

中文: 这些话是耶和华在山上,从火中,云中,幽暗中,大声晓谕你们全会众的。此外并没有添别的话。他就把这话写在两块石版上,交给我了。
英文: These words the LORD spake unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice: and he added no more. And he wrote them in two tables of stone, and delivered them unto me.

英文: And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness, (for the mountain did burn with fire,) that ye came near unto me, even all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;

英文: And ye said, Behold, the LORD our God hath shewed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God doth talk with man, and he liveth.

中文: 现在这大火将要烧灭我们,我们何必冒死呢,若再听见耶和华我们神的声音就必死亡。
英文: Now therefore why should we die? for this great fire will consume us: if we hear the voice of the LORD our God any more, then we shall die.

英文: For who is there of all flesh, that hath heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived?

中文: 求你近前去,听耶和华我们神所要说的一切话,将他对你说的话都传给我们,我们就听从遵行。
英文: Go thou near, and hear all that the LORD our God shall say: and speak thou unto us all that the LORD our God shall speak unto thee; and we will hear it, and do it.

中文: 你们对我说的话,耶和华都听见了。耶和华对我说,这百姓的话,我听见了。他们所说的都是。
英文: And the LORD heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me; and the LORD said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken unto thee: they have well said all that they have spoken.

英文: O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!

英文: Go say to them, Get you into your tents again.

中文: 至于你,可以站在我这里,我要将一切诫命,律例,典章传给你。你要教训他们,使他们在我赐他们为业的地上遵行。
英文: But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.

中文: 所以,你们要照耶和华你们神所吩咐的谨守遵行,不可偏离左右。
英文: Ye shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your God hath commanded you: ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.
第33段
中文: 耶和华你们神所吩咐你们行的,你们都要去行,使你们可以存活得福,并使你们的日子在所要承受的地上得以长久。
英文: Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.
