英文: | And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation. |

中文: | 凡洁净的畜类,你要带七公七母。不洁净的畜类,你要带一公一母。 |
英文: | Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female. |

中文: | 空中的飞鸟,也要带七公七母,可以留种,活在全地上。 |
英文: | Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth. |
第4段 | |
中文: | 因为再过七天,我要降雨在地上四十昼夜,把我所造的各种活物,都从地上除灭。 |
英文: | For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth. |
第5段 | |
中文: | 挪亚就遵着耶和华所吩咐的行了。 |
英文: | And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him. |

中文: | 当洪水泛滥在地上的时候,挪亚整六百岁。 |
英文: | And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth. |

中文: | 挪亚就同他的妻和儿子,儿妇,都进入方舟,躲避洪水。 |
英文: | And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood. |

中文: | 洁净的畜类和不洁净的畜类,飞鸟并地上一切的昆虫, |
英文: | Of clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean, and of fowls, and of every thing that creepeth upon the earth, |

中文: | 都是一对一对的,有公有母,到挪亚那里进入方舟,正如神所吩咐挪亚的。 |
英文: | There went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah. |
第10段 | |
中文: | 过了那七天,洪水泛滥在地上。 |
英文: | And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth. |

中文: | 当挪亚六百岁,二月十七日那一天,大渊的泉源都裂开了,天上的窗户也敞开了。 |
英文: | In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. |

英文: | And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights. |

中文: | 他们和百兽,各从其类。一切牲畜,各从其类。爬在地上的昆虫,各从其类。一切禽鸟,各从其类。都进入方舟。 |
英文: | They, and every beast after his kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort. |
第15段 | |
中文: | 凡有血肉,有气息的活物,都一对一对的到挪亚那里,进入方舟。 |
英文: | And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life. |
第16段 | |
中文: | 凡有血肉进入方舟的,都是有公有母,正如神所吩咐挪亚的。耶和华就把他关在方舟里头。 |
英文: | And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in. |
第17段 | |
中文: | 洪水泛滥在地上四十天,水往上长,把方舟从地上漂起。 |
英文: | And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth. |

中文: | 水势浩大,在地上大大地往上长,方舟在水面上漂来漂去。 |
英文: | And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark went upon the face of the waters. |

中文: | 水势在地上极其浩大,天下的高山都淹没了。 |
英文: | And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven, were covered. |

中文: | 水势比山高过十五肘,山岭都淹没了。 |
英文: | Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail; and the mountains were covered. |

中文: | 凡在地上有血肉的动物,就是飞鸟,牲畜,走兽,和爬在地上的昆虫,以及所有的人都死了。 |
英文: | And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beast, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth, and every man: |

中文: | 凡在旱地上,鼻孔有气息的生灵都死了。 |
英文: | All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died. |

中文: | 凡地上各类的活物,连人带牲畜,昆虫,以及空中的飞鸟,都从地上除灭了,只留下挪亚和那些与他同在方舟里的。 |
英文: | And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark. |
