In response to ever-increasing demand, the British Council and the National Education Examinations Authority under the Ministry of Education have set up a new IELTS test centre at Inner Mongolia Normal University in Hohhot. The new test centre is now open for online registration, and the first test will be held on 26th Sep 2009.
